Dr. Brainrot is a digital wellness application designed to help users become more aware of and reduce excessive doomscrolling behaviour on social media platforms. The App uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect scroll events and presents gamified interventions to encourage healthier screen time habits.

It is not a medical device, not a clinical treatment, and not a substitute for professional mental health advice. 4. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may NOT:
- ✗Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- ✗Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written permission
- ✗Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the App to any third party
- ✗Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App
5. Accessibility Service
To function, Dr. Brainrot requires you to grant Accessibility Service permission. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:
- •You are voluntarily enabling this permission for the purpose of scroll detection
- •The App uses this permission only to count scroll events — not to read any content
- •You can revoke this permission at any time through Android Settings
6. Advertising
The App is free to download and use. To support ongoing development, the App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements.
Advertisements are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed through AdMob.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- •Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- •Accuracy or reliability of results
The developer does not warrant that the App will reduce screen time, cure doomscrolling habits, or produce any particular wellness outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yanis Anteur / MiraLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
In no event shall the developer's total liability exceed the amount you paid to download the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
